We Schedule Pickup
Our logistics network coordinates pickup from your door or nearest drop-off point. Every shipment is tracked from the moment we collect it.
Available 7 days a week. Same-day pickup on Enterprise plans.
We Process the Return
Using the return barcode the retailer sent you, we scan and initiate the return directly — no back-and-forth required. We drop it off through the retailer's own return channel and track it to confirmed receipt.
We use your barcode. You don't need to do a thing.
Refund Confirmed
Once the return is accepted, we confirm your refund and close the case. You get a notification the moment your money is on its way back.
Average refund confirmation: 3–5 business days.
